Responsibilities: • The Banquet Sales Executive is responsible for all sales activities from making leads to actual sales. • Build sales by generating new clients from qualified leads, referrals, e-mail, accredited venues and networking. • Responsible in customizing, presenting and selling of events packages. • Create strong customer relationship with existing clients and venues for future revenue. • Timely submission of proposal to clients. • Willing to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. • Achievements of monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets. Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree. • Female, at least 23-33 years old. • Preferably 1-2 years experience specializing in sales from any organization. • Being able to consistently achieve quota is an advantage. • Ability to adapt to changes, can manage multiple tasks and is flexible. • High emotional intelligence, confident, and able to work under pressure. • Has a strong work ethic, proactive, goal-oriented, responsible, reliable, and someone who has the ability to honor commitment. • Computer literate. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Must be willing to undergo intensive training. • Must be willing to render weekends, holiday and after-hours work associated with events. • Full-Time position. • Must be willing to start ASAP.
