The Merriam Webster online Dictionary defines a fool as follows : ..a person who acts unwisely or imprudently; a person who lacks good sense or judgment; ... Instead of catching feelings, Let us objectively analysis this further and identify the real fools amongst us.. When the counties are unable to utilise Ksh. 210 Billion on development in the county, but instead spend heavily on personal expenses that have nothing to to do with development and services to the mwananchi, then returns the balance to the treasury because they have been unable to absorb the funds. This is a foolish.,.. also any person knowing this and ignorantly calls for more money to be misused in this manner is actually a fool for lack of a better word... Also , anyone who advocates for a referendum and political upheaval to save an election looser is a fool. Also any URP governor who joins ranks with the opposition and sings the song of the opposition at the expense of his own party is also a fool. the only way he can redeem himself is to step down and seek a fresh mandate from the people. and anyone who supports all the above are completely misguided. So you see, there are actually fools amongst us. Being foolish is a redeemable state of mind. If you dont fit in this category then you are not a fool and need not worry. :-)
