We have double pane widows. Im trying to do some weatherizing before it gets too cold. Getting some energy saving thermal curtains is big on my list. Plus putting some extra weather stripping in the windows. Here is my question. Since our windows are double pane. Do we really need to do the plastic thing too or just the weather stripping and curtains. Last year our power bill was out of control. We do live in WI. On a side note. I accidentally got the mortitle weatherstrip and caulking cord. Never used that and do know how good it is.
