The "Mo Ibrahim awards" given to best performing African Presidents each year is a cheer waste of human resource... A $5million(Five million dollar) reward will do no good to these crooks who make much more in a single term in office. I personally advice Mr. Mo Ibrahim should have a recap of his generosity and invest this huge amount in his war-torn country (Sudan) to better the lives of his country people.
