The Mob Museum is on the lookout for a new Concession Associate. The Concession Associate is responsible for coordinating food & beverage sales and inventory control. S/he will be responsible for cash/credit handling and inputting sales into The Mob Museum’s POS system. The individual in this role is expected to create superior guest experiences by warmly communicating to guests and politely answering questions about the Museum’s content and history.
