The NGO Forum on Cambodia (NGOF) team gave a study trip to Prame Community, one amongst the very long running land dispute cases in Cambodia, in Preah Vihear province on the very first day of the annual staff retreat, 2014. During the meeting with the Kouy indigenous representatives, the entire group had chance to meet and hear directly from the community about their concern issues related to the advocacy progress with the development company and the government. During the last session, NGOF colleagues had chance to raise up many questions about the conflict and figured out what are the motivation or core strategy that influence the indigenous to keep going shapely with their advocacy work. They also very appreciated the capability of the indigenous women, where they witnessed how brave those women could be. Please note, NGOF team is currently on the 2014 annual staff retreat from July 28 - August 1 in two provinces, Preah Vihear and Siem Reap. #StaffRetreat #PreahVihear #SiemReap
