Drivers can use 3rd Concession Road as an alternate route. • Asphalt work will be done on Rail Trail from Decou Road to Fourteenth Street East until Nov. 3. County asks trail users to use caution on weekdays when the work is underway. • 6th Concession Road ENR between Graves Side Road and Lower Side Road will be closed until Sept. 27 to allow for municipal drain work. The detour will be will be Graves Side Road to 7th Concession ENR to Lower Side Road. • Argyle Avenue in Delhi will be closed running through to Oct. 21. This is due to storm sewer installation. Construction will start at Argyle and Huggins Ave. • Construction on Highway 3 between Simcoe and Delhi continues. Delays possible. • There is a detour due to construction on Mechanic Street in the north end of Waterford. • Detour continues on Norfolk Street North in Simcoe. The road is closed to southbound traffic. One northbound lane will be open due during bridge repairs. Follow detour signs — and there are plenty of them.
