The Potty Training Diaries: The Twins Edition... Day 1: Sooo, I have learned in my slightly limited mommy experience that every child is different. So in no way am I expecting my twins to potty train in the same way that Livi trained and or like each other as well. So that knowledge alone makes this potty training venture a definite #jesustakethewheel This morning, I woke the twins up and immediately put them on the pot. Two minutes later Johanna pees and we celebrate! Joelle hadnt gone yet so I left her on the pot, put Livi on the other pot and started brushing Johannas teeth. Two minutes later Livi yells Mommy Joelle is pooping on the floor!!!!! I look up and Joelle is standing in the doorway with a large pile of poop behind her on the bathroom floor screaming Yay, I did it! I pause and remembered, oh yeah, I forgot about how much kid poop I had to clean off the floor and out of panties with Livi and then I said this is really going to SUCK!!!! As I walk toward Joelle she takes a step back, steps in the poop and smears it all on the floor. I pick her up, put her in the tub, wash her feet and butt, get her dressed, while Livi and Johanna are yelling repeatedlyJoelle popped on the floor mommy. Its 7:30 am and my day has JUST begun...
