The Power of Focus, Purpose & Questions: How can/will you best allocate your assets for optimized net return with minimal risk and optimized and well balanced social and environmental responsibility? - David Fabricius Here is another key question: Why do you need to/want to make better financial decisions going forward and as your treasure grw how will you make a positive contribution and difference in the world? I am also curious to know what is your core why ? We live in a world where far too many business and investment decision in the world today are made entirely for profit maximization, with no regard for the social and environmental impact of those policies and decisions. I think it need not be so. I think we need to find a healthier, more mature and wise balance in all this. How about you? What are you focused on? How are you investing your precious time? How is it aligned with your higher purpose? What goals are you working on making come true? Where will you invest money this year? In residential and commercial real estate, in market relevant education, in the stock market or all three those, and also in something else? What matters most to you-family, health, business and financial success? How do you plan to optimize and balance all that going forward? A very wealthy entrepreur-investor once told me a litte story, it went like this; the daughter of the CEO asked him what a market crash was. He replied it is something that happens everytime a large number of people gets to greedy and begin to think the markets are on a big roll and they can make a fast killing. He then spoke of the importance of foresight, pattern recognition, and diversification and explained to me the value of wise diversification across a broad baseline portfolio that includes residential and commercial real estate, some actual gold and silver, and some carefully selected US treasuries, annuities, and other stock market offerings. He also said that he likes investing in index funds, oil, guns, biotech, food and water, and that there is no one best investment mix for everyone. He said that war = big money and many spin off opportunities and how in times of great change and high risk and market crashes lots money can be made if one is astute enough to take advantage of what is going on. He said it depends on ones age, level of financial education, courage and risk tolerance and other factors. He recommended a conservative approach of saving, investing and carefully re-investing for compounded growth in a variety of proven asset classes. He said to consider both inflation and deflation...to be sure to incorporate in Nevada and to form a living revocable trust to protect your family and yourself. I found it a facinating conversation. How about you? Does this sort of thing interest you? Realize that what you notice, how you make decisions and how fast and effective you can implement your decisions are vital to your success in everything in life. That plus your ability to adapt is crucial and all that largely depends on your level of courage and self-confidence and willingness to listen to your own intuition. If so, please read my first two core questions again. Ponder them and lets have that conversation when we next see each other, shall we? Aho.
