The SPC Model Legislature is an all-exclusive experience in state and local government. It is a simulation of an actual State Legislature. The participants will write, debate, and vote on legislation while representing the people of their legislative districts. "Legislation in Action" is what this event is. Limit of 70 students - only open to 70 students. Participants will: • Represent Actual Florida Legislative Districts • Research and Debate State and Local Issues • Hear Keynote Addresses from State Dignitaries • Write Bills • Vote on Legislation • Partake in Committee Meetings We do not cater to any particular political side or political ideals.
