The Saint Lucia Labour Party strongly believes in bread for all. We recognize that these are some difficult economic times. However we applaud the effort of our Political Leader and the SLP government for commencing yet another cycle of the Short term employment Program. We are happy that over 2000 persons will be able to put bread on their tables. May of those persons are grateful for this opportunity citing the famous saying half a loaf is better than none.
