The Second Amendment states, in part, that the right of the people - TopicsExpress

The Second Amendment states, in part, that the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. Seems simple enough, but this is today probably the most controversial clause in the entire Constitution. Perhaps I am a bit of a literalist, but I see little ambiguity in this language. I am an unabashed protector of gun rights in and out of the courtroom. If you or someone you know is facing a charge involving a firearm, or if they have been disqualified from carrying a firearm by virtue of a felony conviction, contact me right away. I am a proud member of the NRA and I am your gun rights attorney! goo.gl/Xy8N4f
