The Self-Care Challenge Day 6 is: Painting This is one of my favorite self-care activities. Just try 5 minutes. If you are feeling intimidated, heres two little ways to make this paint night easy: 1. Draw a series of circles on the page, either in a very scattered, random way, or in a grid. Use 2 close paint colors, such as yellow and red to fill them in. You can mix these two colors for variation - or even lighten them with white for more variation. 2. Decide that all you are doing is exploring color, not making a picture. Choose two close paint colors again, such as green and blue, and follow the instructions from #1. Explore how you can transition on the page from one tone to another. Again, your goal is exploring putting down color, not making a picture. 3.
