The Shahzeb murder case remained in the limelight for a long time and finally ended with a pardon to the killers. This is the true face of our society where the privileged still rule and common people are at their mercy. When news of the pardon came in, a debate started which mainly started humiliating Shahzeb’s family. Everyone seems to feel it is perfectly justified to criticise Shahzeb Khan’s parents. One should be more careful when discussing such an issue on the media as it is directly affecting the deceased’s family. Dramatisation and sensationalism in such a case is highly unfair.
