toronto realestate: i have seen things for sale for a good year now that still have not sold and prices seemed to have dropped dramatically on condos. generally anything sells in this time zone but prices have dropped and so have sales. in irony town homes reached a point of selling for half a million in toronto while the whole planet was losing their homes and couldnt sell them for nothing. if it has reached torontos or canadas turn for home prices to plummet then it will be a disaster even bigger than any country of the planet. even during the biggest economic boom of the 80s canada did not have town homes selling for half a million such as now. i guess i now understand the meaning of greed skinned the cat lets see if the govt helps the people or simply raises taxes on everything causing them to starve....the greater majority of canadians are working couples that pretty much have nothing left over months end, raising any taxes will surely cripple them, they simply cannot afford it.
