The Sheriff Dept. responded to a 911 call off of FR 2251 (Cedar - TopicsExpress

The Sheriff Dept. responded to a 911 call off of FR 2251 (Cedar Grove) about a female that had been assaulted and held hostage. Deputies arrived at the scene and saw no movement or got a response from the residence. After 30 minutes of attempts to make contact the SWAT team made entry and rescued the female of concern. A suspect was arrested at the scene by the name of Tito Garcia. The victim did have injuries and was transported to local hospital for treatment. The entry team received no injuries due to entry of residence or arrest. ACSO wishes to thank LPD and Hudson PD for assisting on the perimeter area.
