The Southern Maryland Association of REALTORS® is proud to announce that an affiliate member, Carla Kemp of Resource Title in White Plains, was awarded the “Shining Star Award” by the Maryland Association of REALTORS® for her outstanding commitment and enthusiastic support of MAR committees and programs. Kemp is also an active member locally in the SMAR Community Relations and C.A.R.E. Award Committee which provides support to selected Southern Maryland charities and community groups.
