The Templin Bradley Building in Detroit Shoreway has been vacant and boarded up for more than 10 years. This landmark property once housed the nation’s largest seed and bulb company, which was renowned for its social justice practices of distributing seeds to families across America and abroad during the Depression and WW2. This 30-unit, mixed income project will break ground on May 29th at 10am. LAND studio, in partnership with DSCDO, is working with Pittsburgh-based artist Steve O’Hearn to create a public artwork for the front lawn.
