The Three main institutions keeping blacks POOR is the following 1.Laziness - The Mental inability to be self starter, someone who shuns hard work, lacks ambition, lacks drive, and lacks the ability to out preform and compete in a way to achieve any realistic goals. Someone who gives just enough to not be fired but not enough to be worthy of promotion or recognition for their service. 2. Ignorance - Mental programming, habits and character traits that has been instilled in them from their inner circle, family and other educational institutions like black churches which teaches the individual to think, act, and walk as a victim. The poor have entitlement issues that supercedes that of the rich. They believe the rich, the government, and others in the world owe them something. An they have been predispose to reject anything that can bring them success to the point where they shun any way of thinking or actions that can make them successful, wealthy and healthy! Everything they believe and do is linked to their own self destruction and impoverishment. 3.Inaction - They will never do or take action in any form or fashion that will moved them beyond their current class, social status or place in life. They will never reach their full potential or engage in any activity that will bring out their gifts and develop them into skills that can be utilize to make them successful, wealthy and healthy. They are uneducated in anything that will bring them to higher level of being. They focus and in take only knowledge, actions and ways of thinking that hinder progress.
