The Ultimate Question... The world, both Jews and Gentiles, asks one important question that is bothering them after all their acquisition and achievements or when in trouble in life; WHAT MUST I/WE DO? Teacher, he asked, what must I do to inherit eternal life? - Lk 10:25. Good teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life? - Lk 18:18. Then they asked him, What must we do to do the works God requires? - Jn 6:28. Sirs, what must I do to be saved? - Acts 16:30. * The Ultimate Answer: To be saved one must believe the gospel of Christ; They replied, Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved--you and your household. - Acts 16:31. To inherit/get eternal life one must believe and know Jesus the Christ; For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life...Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent. - Jn 3:16; 17:3. To do the work of God one must have faith in Christ Jesus; Jesus answered, “The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent.” - Jn 6:29. * After all said and done in this corrupt world, every question has one ultimate answer: Jesus! ...Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins...My purpose is to give them a rich and satisfying life. - Matt 1:21. Jn 10:10. NO JESUS, NO LIFE; KNOW JESUS, KNOW LIFE + If you dont know Jesus or rather if Jesus dont know you, despite your good works and exploits in His name, you are still tagged worker of iniquity - Matt 7:21-23. * May Jesus reveal Himself to you today and give you eternal life; Peace!
