The United Daughters of the Confederacy has teamed with Pelican Publishing Company to produce the 2nd edition of the Patriot Ancestor Album published during the Hilda Bell administration. This long out-of-print hardcover volume will be completely updated with additional new material submitted by our members. It will be available for sale at the 2014 General Convention in Richmond. You may submit a short biography of your Confederate ancestor(s), and a photograph if one is available for inclusion in the book. Please see the sample entry on the UDC web site. Entries may be edited for brevity. If you are a UDC member, this is pretty exciting..just sent off the bio and photo of my 3rd GGrandfather..Capt. Peter Hall..19th Texas Cavalry..
