The Vault was built in the early 1900s and since its construction has been surrounded by many unexplained phenomenas. Most of these have been said to happen in the basement level where its boiler room once was part of the vast underground tunnel system of downtown Spokane. So we decided being this time of year lets allow the public to tour this very spooky unseen part of the Vault. So come down tonight or this weekend and get a chance to tour the Haunted Vault! (At your own risk)
