The Wall Street Journal ran an article yesterday on some of my favorite Grateful Dead Shows. When Branford Marsalis first sat in with them in 1990 I was just starting to get into the Dead and buying bootlegs from 3 Doors Down in Pontiac. Little did I know when John, the late owner of the store, told me I had to check out this Nassau show what he was really talking about. A great trip down memory lane.
