The Willoughby Library will host a gardening program for children ages 5 and older from 3 to 4 p.m. July 28. Renata Fossen Brown, author of “Gardening Lab for Kids: 52 Fun Experiments to Learn, Grow, Harvest, Make, Play, and Enjoy Your Garden,” will present the program which will include hands-on experiments.
