The Woman in Black Tour 2014/15 Rehearsal Diary: Wednesday 24th Sep 2014: Second week of tour rehearsals is well under way at the Fortune theatre. Today we are working on Act 2 and adding the many sound cues into the performance. Last Wednesday, without planning it, the full company arrived at rehearsals in blue shirts. Unfortunately this trend has not repeated itself this week. Still pitching for pink shirt Thursdays. Thursday 25th Sep 2014 Today costume shirts arrived for Matt and Malcolm. The shirts, combined with their own jeans, (as can be seen in the photo) has resulted in a very fashionable smart/casual look. In the morning we ran a large part of Act 2 with sound and then worked on staging the last scenes. Once we have run the whole play with sound we will then start adding in the lighting cues in the last week of rehearsals. As it was a matinee day at the Fortune theatre and we cannot use the stage in the afternoon we had our afternoon rehearsal in a unique venue, a church!
