The actual problem of Pakistani Muslims lies in the disturbing fact that we use Islam the Faith as a cover to justify individuals/groups/parties etc. We use the Holy Quran and Sunnah only to justify our sect/group/party etc and disprove others. This very approach is contradictory to the fundamental principle of Islam--that is the Muslims should submit to Islam, not vice versa. Being Muslims we all love Islam the Faith, but the way it has been moulded and used by a particular mindset to fulfill their vested interests and gain unchecked monopoly over people cannot be acceptable to any sane muslim. Well this leads to another debatable topic Islam may milkiyat or Ijara Dari ka Tasawwur, that is to say: Islam does not believe in Milkiyat, it believes in Amanat. Everything you have (wealth, property, authority, knowledge, wisdom etc) is an Amanat from Allah. And you are answerable for it to Allah. It is NOT your personal property, even if on the surface it is your personal property. Islam may Milkiyat ka tasawwur sirrey say nahi hey. BUT ironically: jis Deen may Milkiyat ka tasawwur sirey say maojood hii nahi hay uss Deen kay oopar ek khaas tabqay ney Milkiyyat qayim kii hui hey.. This misunderstanding/misinterpretation is where almost all sectarian issues have their roots. I wish we could understand this fundamental principle of AMANAT (not MILKIYAT) in Islam the Faith!! واللہ اعلم PS: Everyone has the right to disagree. :)
