The anti-balaka help stop the atrocity of the muslim extremist, but then circumstance and scarcity lead some of them to criminal deeds. South Sudan finds freedom from the yoke and the death of the North only to tear itself in pieces. East Congo still hemorrhages and the vile man takes advantage to have his way as the new day already dawns. Uganda plays their hand for self-interest and the wayward slither to and fro frantically to seize as they please. Where are the reins to this feverish madness? How long will all good intentions be undermined? The perpetrators are of fault. Of course. The international community has schizophrenia. The humanitarian workers hands are tied behind the back of exploiting interests and political theater while the primary forces get ever richer from such ungodly strife.
