The appointment with the infectious disease doctor went great, they increased her meds alittle. She didnt hear a murmur in her heart anymore. Dr. Harik also noted that Preslee is very tight in her muscles, and that they would watch that very closely, so they dont become constricted. The audiology appointment was different...she failed her hearing screen yet again, but they did another test....and come to find out she has fluid in her ears...they said that could be why she is failing her hearing tests (but she more than likely has some degree of hearing loss). So, now in a few weeks she has to see an ENT doctor to address the fluid buildup in her ears, then they can do a diagnostic hearing test, to determine the level of hearing loss... One step at a time...
