The bad thing about majority of the companies is that you dont get recognized or rewarded even when you are doing your best to make your company get richer while the benefits remain the same or are not good enough to meet your dreams or expectations in return. Sometimes in one bad situation you will get fired for a small thing or ll mistake even if you are already serving or working too long in the Company! In the end most of the people give all their BEST and still far away from achieving their ultimate DREAMS. In conclusion its better to serve your own company and make yourself richer than serving your company forever and you get lucky enough if you survive until your retirement and have enough savings to meet your goals. Some people are lucky if they have good company who fulfilled their dreams but unfortunately about majority of the them dont have this.
