The bare wall where the piano lived looks weird. I am in mourning - TopicsExpress

The bare wall where the piano lived looks weird. I am in mourning for the piano. If anyone out there knows anybody who may be interested in looking at the piano with a view to maybe recycling its grand old iron frame please put me in touch with them. The beautiful woodwork has buckled under years of Lismore floods and shifts from NSW to here, the castors died in an attempt to move it today, my beautiful staffy, Calvin (now long gone) chewed a piece out of the wood during one of his storm terrors episodes, so the chances of rescuing the piano as a whole are pretty slim and currently beyond my means. But if it can have a new life or assist in another piano being rescued Im happy for you to PM me any contacts you may know about. Im having trouble getting onto any sites on my computer coz I managed to lock myself out with the child protection programme and the computer keeps telling me someone who cares for me doesnt want me to view those sites.!! So if anyone out there is FB land has any clues about who might be able to give this wonderful old lady a chance at a new life please let me know. We five all grew up with her and our children and grandchildren remember her fondly also. Shes part of the family.
