The bible declares that when you submit yourself to God, & resist the devil, only then he will flee... But if their is no submission, the resistance is not going to work & the devil isnt going to flee anywhere. So many people have an issue understanding why they have been defeated time & time again when the answer to that question boils down to them not fully submitting themselves to Christ. When you submit yourself to Christ you allow your life to come under complete order and fall into compliance with the Word Of God. SN: Living your life in rebellion is a clear indicator that your life is out of order and has not come under any authority. God is NOT obligated to do anything for anyone who calls upon him when their lives are not under his authority (covenant). Where their is strife and pulling away from Gods word their becomes disorder. & when you have disorder in your life trying to resist the devil is something that just isnt going to work.
