The biggest lie anyone could ever tell you is that high school is the most important 4 years of your life. High school is a gigantic waste of time, yet you have to go through it, and yet it is helpful, it can also be pointless. Example: my life goal is to make it in the music industry in some form or way, you really think im going to learn anything about music in high school? While I render HS useless, depending on your life choices, it can make or break you. Going to college? Its vital. Not going to college? Thats where technical standpoints come in and that really depends on what u do with life. Most of the stuff you get taught, dont need it. Hell I asked my father if ever uses the Pythagorean Theorem and some other geometry terms, and he just looked at me and said what? And hes not struggling, so what makes you think I will? (I understand everyone is different) Schools should be based on students as individuals, not a single mind, they try to make us all the same so its easier to teach us and decide for us what WE need in life. Im not falling for it, il live my last 2 years of high school succeeding in a way that no school system could ever make me. Il graduate, il make my own decisions, and il accomplish my goal on my own. I hope you all still in highschool or even in college follow the same way. Become yourself, not the image that society has made for you
