The biggest thing you must remember is the mindset you have – what were the initial things you said to yourself as a young kid? Everything you said, thats who you are. Thats the foundation, the essence of football. Why did you want to play? How did it make you feel? When the hands start coming out, you have to remember what it is you came here to do, why you initially wanted to do it. You have it, take pride in it. There are millions of people who went for the same opportunity and you made it. Its a blessing. Its a gift. Dont ruin this by bad decision-making (Brian Banks, 2014). I read. This what I love doing. As I read through an article on Yahoo Sports by Eric Adelson: Exonerated of rape, Brian Banks now realizing NFL dream - in different capacity I could not help but liken this to a genuine born again believers life. There will come times when the hands start coming off, body pains and some other issues start occurring and recurring in ones life and experience. The shakings will come, the pressures are going to come and the let downs will surely come but be of good cheer for the LORD your God has surely overcome the word. MY GOD!!! This is the time to remember who you believe in and His ability to come through at the end of the day. So many times we have come to situations in our lives that appear to question our faith in Christ Jesus. As we hold onto Him, as we totally trust Him, as we remind ourselves about the definition of faith: The substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen (Hebrews 11:1), as we remember our testimonies of yesterday like David did, as we encourage and strengthen ourselves in the LORD our God, faith will arise like the rivers of Living Water and God will take over from there moving us forward giving us another great testimony to move us on. Thank You LORD!!! God bless you Brian Banks for following Abrahams route who refused to give up and believed God against every medical diagnosis and God came through for him. God has come through for you and we return all the glory to Him in the name of Jesus, Amen. God is real. COME ON NOW!!!
