The boys finished the season on a high note with a dominating 16-1 win against a good Lancers team, with dominating pitching aided by tough defense and a strong hitting performance as a team. We had a great Fall season and caught quite a few glimpses of how strong this team can be when we come together, keep our heads in the game and play to our abilities rather than playing to the level of our competition. We know we will see leaps and bounds of improvement with work over the Winter after developing the raw talent that already exists on this team. Its going to be fun to watch! Great Fall season to all the boys. I think I speak for everyone in saying we will miss Jackson in the Spring as he returns to Natural Baseball. It was fun buddy! Someday we might steal you for good! ;) We wont have any official practices until January, but be on the lookout for more information on clinics and other events at Line Drive. We also have use of the facility at any time so impromptu workouts are always a good thing and getting several of the boys together can keep it fun for the kids too. We are also looking into an end-of-season get together as well as some discussion on fundraisers/sponsorships going into Spring. Thanks to all the parents for your dedication. We think we have a great group of both parents and kids here-its been great to see the boys bond so quickly. GO FORCE!
