The charter boat Stardust, based in Illwaco, WA crashing into the Astoria/Megler Bridge during the Buoy 10 fishery on Wednesday, August 21st. Although no injuries seemed apparent, thousands of dollars of damage must have been incurred. After crashing into the bridge, the vessel went under the bridge, breaking off several antenna’s and outriggers.
