The citizens of a wealthy Swiss city which receives a generous gift of millions from a major tax-evading corporation they know is using their town to launder profits, are presented with the opportunity to give back to the African country of Zambia from which the money is already suspected to have been illegally extracted. But the Swiss towns-people vote NO. They want to keep it all.
