The colonizer of Africa is still having in mind the post-Imperial ambitions. So, therefore it can claim anything to itself. It takes by itself, without asking first, & is threatening those who ask. I still keep telling Great Britain to be patient. Do not bark at an enemy that is not yet nearby. We know when you are guilty, you can be impatient, paranoid, & in war mode always. It is a sign of fear, anxiety, & uncertainty. Strong people do not continue to waste energy beating drums when they are not at war. Exactly, the same thing many world nations saw against Argentina, & its islands, “the Malvinas”.
