The current Economic situation in India is also due to the growing population. We have many mouths to feed but fewer hands to earn. The 30% Indian Population is expected to feed the rest of the 70% population along with its own self. The primary objective of the government is to remain in power in keep filling the Swiss bank accounts. The government is ready to give freebies to the poor population just to earn their votes. The educated mass who understand the mathematics are too fewer in population and the ones who do not understand form the largest section of the population and are just concerned with the free food they are going to get. Thus, even if the educated mass can judge and vote the change is impossible to come. India is a very difficult place to do business in: 1) If you are into business you are among the fewer people who are expected to pay taxes to run the economy. 2) There are many forms of licenses and legislation to comply, instead of a single window solution so that the money from you can be extracted time and again for various reasons. 3) Start ups get discouraged since they are more concerned about complying with legalities neither they know nor most of the officials are aware of. They cannot focus on their business so they are better of not doing the same. 4) What Indian Government cannot understand is that they should encourage start ups because its start ups which shall generate employment for more people. Just making MSME plans in official books would fetch no results till the time it is really simplified for the people to work upon. 5) The government runs on taxes paid by the 30% population and doesn’t focus on running government based enterprises which could also have generated employment and wealth for the country. The most important changes can only come in India when people would stop looking for free things and start focusing on the means of earning. That would really mark the end of Vote bank politics and help in the economic growth. The Above statement however seems a dreamy alley to walk upon since we are not expected to see education to reach among the population to empower them to think of their rights to earn.
