The day woman are treated equally is the day when theres female players in the NBA/NFL/MLB/NHL.. which is never. The best you can do is come up with your own organization thats directed for you like the WNBA. So just kind of give up your efforts in trying to make a change in terms of equality as it serves as an unnecessary inconvenience. You can continue convincing yourself theres progress sure but at the end of the day, hundreds and thousands are watching different sporting events that subconciously sends a message to children as their mothers and sisters attendence/presence/support for the organization essentially is their acknowledgement of their very own subordination.
