The elements really challenged my outdoor party today. First rain, then extreme heat and THEN ridiculous amount of wind that blew everything to the ground. You name it, I forgot it/ran out of it. I looked terrible because I was sweating so much, and I forgot to actually use a lot of the stuff I bought for the party because i was so frantic. If there is one thing I hate about parties, it is that I never get to enjoy my own! Despite everything that went wrong, which was everything, lol, I was so grateful that so many of my friends and family were able to make it. We really felt the love and appreciate all of the thoughtful gifts and company! :)
