The emerging hip-hop band Shabazz Palaces take part in the Seattle-based art collective Black Constellation, a group of visual artists, fashion designers and musicians. In 2013, the group produced a thirteen-part series of short films, Ode to Octavia Series, in tribute to acclaimed science-fiction writer Octavia Butler. The twelfth part, (Sparkles)...
