The extra mile: One of the top things you can do to boost your own health and happiness is to go the extra mile for somebody else. An unsolicited kind act can change the thought patterns of the recipient and put them in touch with the goodness of people. These days many people question the inherent "goodness" of human nature and whether it has changed and become more selfish. Of course if you believe in human goodness and expect it, you will find it. And vice versa. So you can actually promote human goodness by firstly expecting it and also delivering evidence of it!
