The fact that Secretary Geithner and the Obama administration did not push for debt write-downs more aggressively remains the biggest policy mistake of the Great Recession. I cant wait to hear the O-bots rendition of a rebuttal to this. The administration continued bailing and shoring up the banks while leaving the people to suck wind. This is not a populist administration and Obama does not care. I am sick of people forcing others to shut up about actuality. Listening to Geithner discus what occurred in 2008 and place the blame solely on borrowers is like listening to someone that wasnt in attendance.
