Is he saying that prachariks will be responsible if sickular girls do anything (yes, ANYTHING!) because they have been provoked by kinky knickers? I understand Subramaniam Swamys (sickular) gynophobia (fear of women). But should he have insulted his male brethren in such ridiculous terms? Nobody, not even his brethren, deserves it...
