The first batch of National University of Advanced Legal Studies (NUALS) organised the first inter college arts festival NAALAM in 2006, which was there in our back memory, 2009 batch of NUALS, there wholehearted passion to do a inter college arts festival reinvented NAALAM 2010 ( ignite the flame with in) which was a one day festival. It was in 2011 we painted it on a bigger canvas Naalam 2011 which was a three day program then the saga continued.
