The first full military funeral I remembering seeing, was President John F. Kennedys funeral. It was awesome to witness. I was 8 years old. Yesterday, I witness a live full military funeral for my wonderful father-in-law Dale Dimler. It was a very moving and impressionable ceremony. The sound of a 21 gun salute, the folding of the flag and the playing of taps in a national cemetery. It really gets you. It brought home to me, what our military personnel is really doing, when they take an oath to defend our great nation against all enemies. May our great nation the United States of America, always honor those who serve our country. Without them, none of us would be free. May God Bless America.
