The fourth amendment needs no interpretation. It is clear. Someone had questioned me on a previous post., suggested I could have got it wrong. No, the Bill of Rights is a clear document. You dont need a socialist interpretation. Papers include your emails and documents on your computer. Reference, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation. Is that difficult to understand? Fourth Amendment The Fourth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
