The government says, everybody should register their boyfriend/girlfriend,or wife/ husband before Jan 31st. Kindly submit his/her name for the records. I will let you know whether he/she is taken or not as the machine in use cannot take a name twice. We have had cases where those who claim to be single being named as partners.
