The governor-elect said the incoming administration would ensure that all motorable roads in the state capital are tarred in the first two years in office. ~How can this still be a top priority for any serious government in 2014? I tell you how. Its because they dont have to do any work to get income. They rely on Niger Delta oil. If that was taken away, I wonder how these impoverished States will continue with such base thinking. The solution? Resource control with regional autonomy. Anything else is a recipe for the continued disaster that in Nigeria today.
