The graduate program in Conflict Analysis and Resolution is designed to accomplish the following learning outcomes so students graduate with demonstrable mastery. 1. Think critically to integrate theory and practice tailored to diverse situations. 2. Analyze conflicted situations with critical assessment of their multiple complex causes. 3. Predict or anticipate diverse behavioral responses to conflict, and their motivations. 4. Design interventions that incorporate multiple perspectives and styles of engaging conflict. 5. Communicate ethically and strategically to conduct effective inquiry and interventions. 6. Continuously improve their social effectiveness through critical reflective practices that strengthen personal development.
